Return & Exchange

All our dress are custom made for you, expect those stock items, because of this, our return policy will be different from other site. But we do understand that ordering a dress for your special occasion is an important undertaking, especially from online shop, we really take that into consideration, our return policy created based on that.

However, since our dresses are custom made for our customers, and once the tailoring process has begun, the materials will be not used again. The good news is that after placing your order, there is still time to make up your mind (except for rush order). Below is our cancellation policy for your reference:

 

Our Cancellations Policy

- Order cancelled within 24 hours of payment, full refund will be eligible. (If you cancel by yourself after payment before we send you the email for confirmation, please send us emails to inform us)

- Orders cancelled after confirmation before we sending the dresses to you, partial refund will be eligible.

- Once your order has been shipped, cancellations cannot be available any more.

 

Returning For Exchange or Refund

We hope every customer will have a nice shopping experience on our site. All our customers’ satisfaction is of utmost importance to us. Upon receiving your dress, we encourage you to check and make sure that the dress has been made according to your special requirements. Try on your dress as soon as possible without altering or washing the dress.

In case you want to return or exchange dresses, please make sure the dresses are in their original condition - unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, clean, free of lint and hair and with tags intact and attached.

 

Defective, Damaged or Miss-shipping Items

A full refund will be eligible for damaged or miss-shipping items. If you believe your items were damaged during delivery, you must obtain relevant like “proof of Damage” documents from your delivery carrier, and sent us the relevant photos and documents.

 

Sizing or Fitting Issues

All our dresses are custom made for our customers, the finished dresses may vary by approximately 3cm in either direction from your order size.

 

Dress is not the size you ordered

In case the size of the dress you received differs from your order by more than 3cm, we would recommend you to find a local tailor to make the alteration, and we will reimburse for your adjustment. If you choose this option, please remember to request a receipt from your tailor, the copy will be needed when requesting reimbursement.

  

Dress is the size you ordered but does not fit

In case the size you received is exact same as the size you ordered, but do not fitted, return or exchange cannot be accepted under this condition.

All our dresses are made with additional fabric in the seams, minor adjustments are available, you can alter the dress at your own cost.

Please kindly note if the size differs too greatly, resizing may not be possible.

 

Color Mismatch

Since computer screen may alter the color of the pictures, slight color mismatch between the color of your dress and the dress shown on our site may not mean that the dress is defective or wrong shipped.

Return Process

1)       Submit a return request within 2 days after the parcel is signed for, including an explanation and photographs document for return. Returns will not be accepted without prior approval from us.

2)       Once your return request has approved, please send back the item at your cost as soon as possible.

Once receiving the return dresses, and confirm they are in their original condition, we will arrange the refund within 3-5 working days. Refund cannot be processed if the dress returned in inacceptable conditions.
